Yesterday i was in a baking mode and i needed to take a treat to a relief society activity so it was great!
I found these on pinterest and i was attracted to them for one reason.
The looked yummy and they are healthy.
Zucchini Brownies
I found the recipe at here but this is how i made it. These were moist, spongy amazingness and go great with a class of {almond} milk. Oh and totally Husband approved!
Ingredients
1/2 cup applesauce
2 medium bananas mashed
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups finely shredded zucchini (about 3 zucchinis)
2 cups whole wheat flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour an 9x13 inch .
In a large bowl, mix together the applesauce, mashed bananas and sugar. Add vanilla and cocoa and mix together. Then add baking soda, salt, and zucchini and mix together. Add flour and walnuts and mix together. Spread evenly into a prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes until brownies spring back when gently touched.
